Looks to be a custom homemade tote bag! It extends and has additional straps for the blue extension. The standard version is in excellent condition, but the straps on the extended compartment are fraying on the underside. They're stitched down fully, just weren't sealed properly, so doesn't affect functionality. Standard version is about 14"x16". Extremely nice, 1/1 bag.
